BAKING SODA TEETH WHITENING

One of the most inexpensive teeth whitening solution is baking soda which is a major ingredient in almost all tooth pastes. You could use a simple paste of baking soda and water as an effective agent for teeth whitening and addition of small amounts of strawberries to baking soda gives quicker results.

Regular use of baking soda can lead to deterioration of teeth and you should never brush mixture of strawberries and baking soda as small particles of strawberry seeds can harm your teeth and gum. As per advice of the dentists baking soda should not be used as teeth whitening agent for more than twice a month.

It’s quite easy to create your baking soda teeth whitening paste. All you need to do is add four to five strawberries in around ½ cup of water and 1 cup of baking soda. Ensure that stems of strawberries are removed and blend it with the help of a mixer ensuring that everything gets smashed easily.
Putting to use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide is a great way of performing natural teeth whitening. The good thing is that it doesn’t cost much and is also not a big hassle.
