Baking Soda
It is one of the most commonly used teeth whitening solution but too much of its use can lead to abrasion and safe would be to use it twice weekly.

Orange Peels
Rub the inside of orange peel onto the surface of the teeth and finish off by brushing with fluoride toothpaste. Teeth should not be left un rinsed or it could lead to more harm than good.

Diluted hydrogen peroxide
It is used in clinics by teeth whitening professionals but make sure you don’t swallow it and all you need to do is dilute hydrogen peroxide in baking soda and make a paste. Now brush your teeth using this mixture and then again brush using your favorite toothpaste.
